AnchorResonance ("we," "us," or "our") operates Soulthread and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit office.soulthread.talk, use our applications, join the waitlist, interact with AI characters, or contact support.
This Policy applies together with our Terms of Service, Age Policy, and Mature Content Settings notice.

4. AI Processing & Memory Data
Soulthread's core experience relies on layered memory and AI inference. Your messages and story actions may be processed by automated systems—including third-party model providers under contractual safeguards—to generate responses, update character memory, and maintain narrative continuity.
Memory data may persist across sessions so characters can reference prior interactions. You may be able to view, edit, or delete certain memory records in-app where the feature is available.
We do not sell your private conversations. We do not use your identifiable chat content to train public third-party foundation models unless we provide clear notice and, where required, obtain your consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it for launch communications. Conversation and memory data may persist until you delete it, close your account, or we remove it under our retention schedule.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
